About

I help homeowners make clear, informed decisions during residential remodels—especially when the stakes are high and the path forward isn’t obvious.

Background

In 2016, I was forced to take over my own remodel after firing a general contractor. The project was already in progress and six months behind; I completed it in four. In 2023, I personally demo’d, framed, and managed a major remodel and addition from start to finish.

Since 2024, I’ve worked as a project manager for a residential builder, managing projects across a wide range of budgets—from small make-ready scopes to multi-million-dollar builds—almost entirely in Austin and within the local permitting environment.

How I work

My role is advisory. I don’t manage construction, hire trades, pull permits, or supervise work. I help homeowners identify risk, pressure-test assumptions, and make decisions with a clear understanding of downstream consequences.

This work is most valuable before problems become expensive—but I also support homeowners who are already mid-project and need clarity fast.
